Spinal Decompression

Decompression therapy aims to restore lost disc space within the spinal column, aiding in decreased nerve pain i.e sciatica, all without the use of drugs or surgery.
Decompression therapy utilizes a weighted static pull which creates a negative vacuum effect between the vertebral bones and discs. This weighted pull sucks in the lost nutritional fluid which has escaped the compressed vertebral discs (due to chronic wear and tear). Restoring the lost fluid back into the disc thus restores the lost disc height, thus alleviating the nerve pressure and decreasing pain.
